Hong Kong International Visual Arts Education Symposium 2026: Visual Innovation (HIVAES)

Through HIVAES 2026, attendees will gain first-hand experience using AI-based Interactive Design Assistant for Fashion (AiDA) to collaboratively create fashion collections. You will witness how AI can enhance human creativity, enabling you to generate unique fashion designs in just 10 seconds based on your inspirations. And our CEO, Prof. Calvin Wong, will deliver a presentation on the topic "How Human Creativity Interacts with AI for Better Fashion". This keynote will delve into the dynamic interaction between human creativity and AI, exploring how this collaboration can lead to innovative fashion creations, streamline fashion design workflows, and push the boundaries of creativity.


We will also address the challenges associated with integrating AI into the fashion industry, highlighting the crucial role that designers continue to play in shaping its future. Attendees will gain valuable insights into how the synergy between human creativity and AI can elevate the fashion world.

About HIVAES 2026:
With its theme on “Visual Innovation”, the symposium aims to enhance the learning and teaching of visual arts and design, facilitate participants’ understanding of the latest developments of design and the application of innovative technologies in the industry, foster their visual thinking and higher-order thinking skills, strengthen vocational and professional education and training (VPET), and provide a platform for students and teachers to exchange ideas locally and internationally.
