Grand Opening of AiDLab cum Establishment Ceremony of AiDC
Congratulations on the Grand Opening of AiDLab cum Establishment Ceremony of AiDC on 24 June 2022!
The ceremony marked a new milestone of AiDLab! Prof. Wing-tak Wong, Chairman of Board of Directors of AiDLab and Deputy President and Provost of PolyU, kicked off the Grand Opening of AiDLab with other officiating guests after his welcoming remarks. Followed by a toast to industry participants, founding committee members marked the official establishment of the Artificial Intelligence in Design Consortium (AiDC). The event was set to end on a high note with an introduction of the AiDLab by Prof Calvin Wong, Board of Directors, CEO & Centre Director of AiDLab & Cheng Yik Hung Professor in Fashion of School of Fashion and Textiles in PolyU, followed by tours in which guests can gain firsthand experience in various innovations of the lab.
